Sigal is currently perusing her Ph.D. after receiving her MSc in Biomedical engineering (Technion 1998), a BS.c. in Electrical Engineering (Technion 2002), and working as an electrical engineer in the R&D unit of the IDF. She is working on her PhD in neuroscience on Zebra Finch song learning, researching neural mechanisms of vocal learning in City College and CSH, as part of the Zebra Finch song learning consortium.
